📱 App Not Working?
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection (required for AI generation)
- Try force-quitting and relaunching the app
- Check that your iOS is up to date (iOS 17.0+ required)
- If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app
💳 Subscription & Billing
- All purchases are processed by Apple — for billing issues, contact Apple Support at apple.com/support
- To cancel your subscription: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Meteor Farmer
- To restore a purchase: Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases
- Refund requests: Contact Apple directly as we do not process refunds
🤖 AI Generation Issues
- Generation may be slow during peak hours — please wait a moment and try again
- If you receive an error, check your connection and retry
- AI output quality varies — try rephrasing your input for better results
- Free tier users are limited to 40 requests per minute across all NVIDIA NIM apps
🗑️ Deleting Your Data
All your drafts and saved content are stored locally on your device. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app. For any account-related data removal requests, email us below.
