By downloading, installing, or using any Meteor Farmer application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apps developed by Meteor Farmer Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using our apps, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro").
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
We offer monthly and annual subscription options. Prices are displayed in-app before purchase.
Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our apps is produced by NVIDIA's AI models. We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any specific purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use.
Do not use AI-generated content for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
You retain ownership of content you create using our apps, subject to NVIDIA's usage terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use our apps to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our apps
Use our apps to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share your account credentials or subscription with others
Use automated means to access our apps in ways that could disrupt service

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and app designs are property of Meteor Farmer Limited. The underlying AI models are property of NVIDIA. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METEOR FARMER LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPS.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our apps ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
